Recently I was given a Galaxy TAB 2 10.1 tablet. I did a complete reset and wiped it clean and reinstalled everything I needed, got a new charger cable which had been missing and got it set up nicely for email web and an openoffice word processor which is connected to a hotspot on my mobile. It takes pretty good photos too. From reading reviews and comments on accessories, I gathered that dock stations and folios/bluetooth keyboards don't work that well. Did get a bluetooth mouse to work but because of the firmware there is no way to change the cursor. Doesn't really matter because a stylus works well for me. Have seen plenty of folios on the net and one that caught my attention was a simple setup BUT with the keyboard connected to the tablet by means of a micro-USB port which the TAB 2 doesn't have. There is an adapter that connects to the 30 pin charging port at one end and a female micro-USB plug at the other end. Has anyone had experience with this kind of setup?
