Hi all, new to the forum. I inherited my Galaxy Tab 4 when my wife moved on to a new tablet. All was working well, but now I see the number "5" on the internet globe app? What is it and how did I get it and how do I get rid of it?
Thanks, I can not get an answer from my online user manual, You Tube videos and an internet search.
Rick

############## SOLVED ################ Called Samsung, they took remote control of the tablet, took them better than 30 minutes to figure it out. Seems there was an internet update that needed to run. They got the tablet back in working order, took me quite awhile to get my bookmarks back in order, but I did and all is good again!
I have always had good results with Samsung's technical support, and this issue was no exception!
