Hi, new to this Forum. Screen is frozen with the following message:
"an error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch pc software."
I recently acquired a Tab E 8.0 tablet and found that it's completely frozen and unable to respond to anything that I've tried. Is there a way to install the original firmware to the tablet? I've tried to use Smart Switch, holding down the volume down and power buttons, but nothing seems to get it to respond. When I plug it into the USB port I do hear a connection sound, but that's it.
Does anyone having any drastic recommendations for this situation? Thanks!
