I'll be taking my Tab on a trip to Italy. My DSLR uses full size memory cards. Can I download pictures from my memory cards to the TAB through the mini USB cable and store them there or transfer them to my Dropbox app in my Tab

I have a Canon 60D with a 16GB full-size SDHC card. I was able to transfer a picture from the card to my Tab2 7" using an OTG cable and an SD card adapter. However, if I recall rightly the Tab3 7" does not support OTG cables. The cable that came with my 60D appears to be a miniSD to standard USB cable. The Tabs won't accept the standard USB connection.
