Hi All,
On my 10" tab 4 (running Kit Kat), I have 3 home screen panels set up......

When I hold my tab in the landscape position, the 3 home screens will cycle around like a merry-go-round.....

How can I freeze the main home screen into position?.....& then be able to swipe to the left or right when I want to, not when the tab decides to.....

I'm almost to the point of going with a single home screen & deleting the other 2 panels......

I can't figure out if this is a Samsung thing or a Kit Kat thing.........

Hopefully I'm just missing something obvious........

I think it must be the tab as I've found if I gently squeeze either side, the home screens will begin to cycle.....
Is this something that I can disable & that I haven't found yet.....

Many Thanks

It shouldn't do that.....
Having said that, the touch screen is quite sensitive, and encroaching on the side of the screen will cause it to rotate .... you don't even have to be touching it, just hovering too close to the surface will have the same effect.... :pardon:

Yes, wizz....the screen certainly is sensitive.....

On my old Acer A500, there was a setting to adjust the screen sensitivity.....have you seen a similar setting on the Samsung?....

I use my tab a lot in landscape view & just the pressure of holding the tab causes the screens to cycle thru all 3 screen panels....

I'm still trying figure out how that is supposed to "help" the user..... :search: ....I was hoping someone else was having the same problem.....

Anyway, I've gone back to a single panel....it cuts back on the aggravation.... :D ...

Thanks for the reply....
