No idea because we are a Tab rather than a phone site, but if it's only a few photo's you could email them to yourself and
collect them on your PC.

If you have lots, ES File Explorer should work on your S4, and it will allow you to look at the files on your phone, and transfer them via wifi to your PC also.....

Photos on the Android devices that I own are all in a folder called DCIM. Probably in a sub-folder under that.

Have you tried plugging your S4 into your PC and using drag&drop? That's what works for me.

BTW: this is not a "camera problem". It is a question about "picture location". Using descriptive titles allows other people to find the information readily.

Galaxy Tab A 8" (SM-T350) updated to 6.0.1
Galaxy Tab 2 7" WiFi (GT P3113 TSR) running 4.0.4 ICS
Also LG G3 phone, and Lenovo Tab 2 10".

Like Wizz said, this is a tablet site but appreciating the similarities in OS and the fact that many members in here have both Samsung phones and tabs, we do have S2/S3/S4 section in the users lounge.
You could ask your question there.
