Well, I know better than to make assumptions - since I use Mantano Reader almost exclusively and am unfamiliar with the Kindle app, I "ass"umed that the Aa font icon was only for text size, and didn't even bother to look at it! Thanks, Steve!

You're welcome folks. This is a question that I have seen in the past (perhaps at another forum). I knew it was there because I prefer white text on black screen. Many of these apps need a nice simple Help section (but that would probably take up more real estate on our devices).
