I am afraid not. If I remember correctly, the P1000 does not support USB-host functionality, which is required to control a USB-stick. At least some of the later Galaxy Tabs do support USB-host functionality.

You can get extra microsd cards and copy the films on them.

hi
I was recording a video on my samsung tab 7 P1000.As the screen timeout doesnt give the option "Never" so the video recording automatically stopped after 1 hour because 1 hour was the last option that screen timeout gave amd camera stops working when time of screen timeout ends.I played the video but I dont know somehow the video disappeared. That was a very important video to me.I wanted to recover it.I have tried wondershare photo recovery. Some files recovered but didnt open.I have also tried mp4 video repair tool but it couldnt repair them.It might be because the sideo might not be saved properly before it disappeared.I have read somewhere on internet that in the samsung galaxy s phone there is temp folder where they can be recovered but I dont know the way  Could you tell me the step by step procedure how I can find that file or repair the recovered file so that it can be functionally open?
thank you very much

On top of not being the right forum, the thread hihacked had nothing to do with his question.

Anyway, I'm sure the problem has nothing to do with the 1 hour time limit before the tab goes to sleep, but, more to do with the 2GB file size limitation on fat partitions.

Place them on a SD Card and put it on your Tab
This is the easiest way and it'll definitely work.
