it may be a 'bad' entry already in the Calendar or just 'bad data' somewhere in there, this method will revert you Calendar to
"As New" & you will have to set up your preferences again

try, Settings, Applications, Manage Applicationa, All ....... scroll down to & tap Calendar, tap Clear Data, tap Return,
tap Calendar Storage, tap Clear Data
reboot your Tab & open Calendar, settings Calendars, check the boxes of the Calendars you want, tap return
Calendar Sync, check the Sync boxes you need, make sure any gmail accounts you require are syncing (green circle with arrows), tap return
set First Day of Week & your preferences in the other options, tap return (should take you back to Calendar)

select a day later in the week, tap the + (top right), ok the annoying pop-ups,
Enter Title "Test Event", check "All Day", ..... now tap "Calendar" if you select "My Calendar" the event will NOT sync with your Google Calendar,
if you select [email protected] the event WILL sync with your Google Calendar

reboot your Tab & check if the "Test Event" is still showing in your Calendar, also check your Google Calendar for the "Test Event"

Hi Bart Laroc,
Thank You for your help.
I went thru the process that you suggested, the the added apointment "test Event " was saved in the google calendar.
However when i turned on the Tab all the appoinments including the "Test event" did not show on the Calendar.
So i had to go to the Calender setting and re-checked all the boxes to get back all my appointments.
Then all the appointments will show on the calendar, so is there some other suggestions that you might have?
Hope i dont have to go to factory settings!

Thank You again.
