Hello,
I have bought Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT-P7500 and Samsung bluetooth keyboard BKC-1B1. And I cant make them work, as other devices will find my Galaxy tab via BT, but they cant see the keyboard. I have done everything instructions said and no go. I downloaded BlueInput app, I read about it somewhere... Still no help.

Could my keyboard be defective or I am missing something? Like drivers or an app.

I take it you have looked for a "Connect" button on the BKC-1B1 ?

You'd normally have to enable bluetooth on the Tab, and then hit "connect" on the keyboard.......and that should allow you to "pair" the devices ( possibly using a 4 digit code, if outlined in the instructions )

I recently was forced to do a hard reset on my P7500 which was paired with my Samsung BKC-1B1 bluetooth keyboard. Now the keyboard will not pair with the tablet! It does not show up in the available bluetooth devices on my tab - how do I fix this?

Hi guys, i am delighted to be typing this note using my keyboard i was having troubles with just a while ago.i was so annoyed i could not rest despite sharing this on the forum,so i continued to try my luck.

What i did was i switched on the keypad, and then i pressed the standby button again, anticipating to switch it off,but........i realised the blue indicator light stayed on (nomarlly flashes every 6 seconds) ,and i immidiatley searched for bluetooth devices from the tablet.it was discovered and i successfully paired the two devices again.

I have a Galaxy tab 10.1 with Bluetooth keyboard. Somehow my kid must have played around and punched in a pin or whatever and now I can no longer connect the keyboard via Bluetooth. It now reads : Unable to pair with Samsung Tablet Keyboard BKC-1B1. Incorrect PIN or password.
Any one able to help how to reset the Keyboard settings?

Hi. I had the same error message.

Make sure your keyboard is charged. You need to ensure that your keyboard is off before you start the pairing sequence. Just to make sure, when you press the On button for about a second, the blue light will flash on and then continue to flash at about a 6 second interval. It's now on. Switch off by holding the On button down for about 2 seconds. The blue light will flash and then a red light will flash once. Your keyboard is now off.
Your Tab must not be visible at this stage - Settings, BlueTooth, Visibility unticked.
Press and hold the On button of your keyboard until the blue light comes on and stays on. If it comes on and goes into 6 second intervals then you've just turned it on. While blue is constantly on, on Tab Scan for devices (Settings, Bluetooth). It should detect your keyboard and give you a 6 or 7 digit pin to enter on the keyboard. Once done your devices should be paired.
