Do you mean.....the live image goes upside down before she takes the picture ?

That sounds very odd but one thing I could suggest would be to check the camera app settings and make sure
"Anti-shake" is checked. It probably won't be that but its worth checking anyway.

There should also be a "reset" option at the end of the settings menu, try that.

Pure speculation on my part.

My advice for the future would be to switch off "Auto update Apps" in the Playstore settings.
That way you can have more control over what happens on your device.

WE really need to know what OS you are running to help you out further.
You will find that info in "about device"

As you have rooted your device, it will make it difficult to problem solve. My advice can only be given on the original Samsung HC OS.
