Apple wins another patent ruling

Apple has managed to win a patent battle with Motorola Mobility (being aquired by Google) over the "slide to unlock" function on touch screen devices.......
It has been said that although this ruling was only for Germany at present it could have future effects in other countries

On the flip side............ Apple are in battle with another company in China over the use of the name "Ipad" which Apple are claiming has been bought and paid for but the name owners are saying otherwise

Apparently Apple bought the rights from the parent company but the courts say that the parent company had no right to sell.
