The Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association have partnered with Samsung and Verizon to equip the franchise with Galaxy Tablets.

Moving with the times, the Suns are eliminating paper communications on and off the court. Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablets connected to the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network will be provided to front office staff, players, coaches and US Airways Center employees. Fans will be guided to their seats via interactive presentations, players will watch team practice videos, coaches will outline plays during the game, management can track scouting reports – plus much more.

Expect to see more NBA teams jump on the bandwagon. But the Suns hope to get that competitive edge starting today.
