I read on the web that Google had finally released their Chrome browser, currently in beta, on Android. I promptly downloaded it on my Galaxy Nexus from the Market Place and then tried to download it on my Tab 10.1. It doesn't show up in the Market Place though. Is Chrome not yet supported on the 10.1?

Chrome Beta is only available for Android 4 devices, you'll have to wait for the Android 4 update for 10.1 (coming in Q1 supposedly)

Google have finally got round to releasing Google Chrome web browser for mobile devices.
As stated it is still in Beta stages and carried some bugs.
My understanding is that it is not available to all countries and only for devices running Ics at present as a trial base. It is on the Android market.
I have installed it on my modded sgs2 and I'd personally say its definately for trying only. Fast - yes, nice transitions, easy to use.........
bugs: 3 force closes in the first few minutes, weird shaky scrolling (intermittent), scroll to fast and it crashes, couldn't find user agent settings but it could just be me.
Once the bugs are fixed it looks like it has good potential and just on speed and loading of pages its a winner!
Bring it on Google
I will upload a screenshot soon.

I read a report on cnn.com about Google Chrome being in beta for Android systems. Is that coming to the tablets? Anybody hear anything about this?

did you miss this part of the report ?
"As of Tuesday's launch, Chrome for Android is only available for smartphones and tablets running Android version 4.0 (a.k.a. Ice Cream Sandwich). At this point, this includes just a handful of phones and tablets. And of course, it's Chrome "beta" for Android, so don't expect everything to work perfectly."
