FaceBook Problems

There isn't one, but if you go to chat and press menu you show yourself as offline. If you wish to remain logged off you need to remove the app and use a browser instead.

Dear Gainn: can u screen capture if there is? Saw ur screen cap but then where is the menu for me to press?


Dear planetc: I agreed with u there is no logout. That's mean it's impossible if other ppl wan to login using my GT?
In between, how to show the FB full page?

the menu button on the Tab itself. the first one on the left side.. [=] <-- looks kinda like that. press that, and then the menu comes up.

Dont think there is a direct way from the FB app.. I keep a bookmark on my right of center screen for the FB touch site > http://m.facebook.com

that loads very quickly, and then you can click on 'More', and then 'Desktop site' if you need to.

fb touch has some other options that dont show on the android app, so its useful to be able to get to it quickly sometimes.

You need to go to the full site using the browser.

From that, click the More dropdown on the top right, at the bottom of the list is the option to use the desktop site.

1. Download facebook app or other apps like tweetdeck or friendcaster which do facebook
2. Use the standard 'share' button found in all apps and browser/youtube/gallery to post to fadebook app or tweetdeck or friendcaster

or go to http://m.facebook.com in your browser.. the 'touch' site has a few more features than the android app..

In the browser settings, set it to advertise as desktop rather than mobile. I do this (in Dolphin HD browser) and it works fine.
