Problem with galaxy tab 10.1 Tilt?

I was just install google earth to my device and I was using it first time device go tilt and I cant shut down or restart device at all. I hold powerbutton 5sec and it shutting down but then it restart automaticly again but it will not restart. Only start picture show and seems like its tilt??HELP!
