USB Cable is the usb cable for charging & data transfer ?

HI, I have a question about usint the charger usb cable the 8.9 came with, can I use it to transfer dats between my laptop, pc and the tablet?, I think I need some feamale to feamale adaptrt to plug in on the male end of the usb cable from the tablet.

Has any one done this, experienced any issues with two power supplies? :wacko:

I don't have a 8.9 tab...I have it's 7.0 predecessor.

I can unplug my charging cable from the mains plug end, and I have a USB connector to plug into my PC. Isn't this the same on the 8.9 ?
