FaceBook Problems

Just bought a tab but i am not able to play the video links in facebook.it just goes dark although there is audio. Can someone help?

are you trying to view the videos in the facebook app or with the browser, if browser do you have "Enable JavaScript" checked
& "enable Plug-ins" set to On Demand, have you tried a browser app other than the stock browser

No problem with the browser but only with the app. Guess it's not supported yet. Thanks Bart.

I have the same issue. You hear the audio, but the video window is black. Is it a bug with the Galaxy Tab, or with the Android FB app?

Moved from New Members BLAST.

Just got a new tablet, which was supposed to work just like my phone (samsung fascinate). however wwf won't sync with my current games. If there is no work-around i will be taking this bad boy back.

Before you go dumping your Tab just for one game that won't sync.........why don't you Email the Dev to see if they can help ?

I tried that. AutoReply from them is "Sorry but noone monitors this email address." You are then directed to a troubleshooting page that does't help. Only has FAQs.

Sorry, but this is the price you pay for being an early adopter of a new model...

The Software Devs have to update their Apps to accommodate new models, screen resolutions, and new OS's.........and this takes time..

I am new to this site so hoping I could get some help. I'm an retired and have poor eyesight. I have the Tab 7" and my "Words" works great in portrait mode. I bought the 8.9 and I can't get it out of landscape mode and the buttons and tiles are too small for me to use in that mode. I have even tried to set the whole Tab to portrait and that doesn't help either as it auto changes to landscape. Anyone with idea?

Just a guess, but have you tried just rotating the 8.9 90 degrees?
