Hi everyone...new to Galaxy Tab and the forum.
When I visit websites that have .mov embedded in them, it doesn't let me see the content. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just the way it is? Thanks in advance...and if this was posted elsewhere I apologize ahead of time!! Thanks!!

first post, hope you Registered your Product
Samsung Support, Register your Product, Create a Samsung Account
also downloaded the User Manual, much better than the Quick Start supplied

have you activated flash manualy ?
On browser go to setting, check enable java script, set enable plug-ins to "on demand"
(Samsung sets the default to "Off" for some reason)

Thanks! Yes...registered...
I have java script enabled and set plug-ins "Always on". I tried "on demand" but viewing of any .mov embedded didn't work...same for "Always on". I'm not sure if there's anything else that can be done...any other ideas? Thanks!!

can you try, open browser, search "youtube", select movies, tap "hangover part II", tap "Trailer for the hangover part II"
does that play ? ....... if not, try a different browser from Android Market
if trailer plays, what website are you trying that will not play ?

I went to your site on my Tab and no, it wont play
on going to the sight on my PC, I get the prompt "The Quick Time Plug-in needs your permission to run"
if your site is running quick time videos, these will not play on the Tab
Tab plays Adobe Flash videos
