I have only today started to look at the Galaxy Tab 10. I am conversant with PC's, laptops and use a Samsung Galaxy S on PAYG accessing the internet occasionally using the Galaxy S. Question – If I obtain the Galaxy Tab 10 with WiFi and 3G I am correct in saying that I can take the sim out of my phone to use the Tab for Navigation using Google Maps, much the same as the Galaxy S and also use the Tab for phone calls?
Might sound a stupid question but...........

Yes, for everything you said........EXCEPT phone calls.
The only calls you can make from a 10.1 is Skype VOIP etc.

Check the Compatibility list on the Skype website. The 7 inch Tab has been added, but I'm not sure about the 10.1 yet.

I would suppose that if I purchased just the Wifi version I could tether my Samsung Galaxy S phone to it and connect to the internet as I have done with my laptop when away from home? - probably cheaper way of doing it as well
