Problems!! Vimeo and adobe flashplayer

Hi all!! Its schalkandee here.. Im proud to have a Tab now?? But.. I cant watch vidios on facebook neither vimeo? Facebook and other sites say that i need to download latest version of adobe flashplayer 11.. Done that and still doesnt work?? What can i do ot what should i do?

Shot man! Youtube works, but vids via face book and vimeo is a no go.

Vimeo Forum shows it as a problem with them

facebook has loads of problems, I don't use it, but the general advice seems to be
connect via browser not the facebook app
