Are all Galaxy Tabs compatible with CDMA & LTE networks? Will tabs bought outside US work on networks there?

Definitely NOT....

All Tabs have regional variations.....some are even specific ISP models, especially in the US.

If your Tab is not locked to a particular provider, you will have to check it's network/gsm capabilities, and then research what services are available in the Countries you are wishing to travel to.
