download movies

Hi all
i received my redeem number and when i went to buy a film i entered my number and i got a reply saying it was ok, i then clicked on the film i wanted and went to pay, it then asked me for payment details ie credit card, i thought i would have to enter this and in the end it would show the cost as zero, sadly when i got to the end it showed that it had received payment from my credit card!!!!!!!! What am i doing wrong?
To make matters worse i cannot download the film
i tried on the tablet and although it showed as downloading (all through the night) it was not on the tablet
I then tried on my pc and it stated downloading but showed a download speed of 14.7 kb/sec which gave me a download time of 31 hours, i tried this but after about 40 minutes it came up with an error, i then tried again and after about 8 hours it was showing it was 37% so i left it running and went to bed, i came down in the morning and it had stopped downloading, still no film
i went onto a internet download speed checker and one site showed my download speed as 158 kb/sec and the other showed 136 kb/sec
i am pretty new to all of this and dont know what is going on

There are problems with the site at present probably due to overload/over subscription, which hopefully will just be a temporary problem.

You must enter your activation code on the home page and activate it.

When you move to any other screen that shows your activation code window empty you do the same.

When you get to the download page, agree the terms and ALSO scroll down and tick the option to get the movie via your voucher code.

You must be connected to wifi to download the movies.....most are over 2GB and would take days on a 3G link.......and would probably exceed your sim data plan.

I have found it is best to access the site from my PC and download them from there, then transfer them to my microSD card.

i will try again from my pc but i have just found out there is a problem with my broadband which is why i was getting such a slow download speed
