Bought used samsung galaxy tab few day ago and found out that it was rooted running 2.2 froyo (kernel 2.6.32.9 root@se-s604 #1). Now, i decided to unroot it and restore it to factory setting. Can't find exact step by step unroot. Anyone can provide me step by step on how to unroot it? thanks in advance, sorry for the noob question.

The App that rooted your Tab, would normally have an un-root feature.....see if you can identify a rooting App on your device.

Thanks.. unable to find the App that rooted my Tab.. but somehow it been solved by the previous owner of my Tab.

one quick question; if my kernel is "2.6.35.7 root@DELL126 #2" running 2.3.3 gingerbread, is this means my Tab is rooted?
