help with flashing modems on tab 2.3.3

I installed the stock 2.3.3 on my tmobile 3g tab 7 everything runs great...I started playing with the modems I installed Telestra Modem JJ3 (support for 850 bands): I am using a atat sim card and tab is unlocked using 3gs unlocked pro...I Can make calls but no internet works at all, it shows edge in notification bar but will not connect with browser...I used this apn settings and still no internet
