I'm not totally sure what you are asking but the way I do movie torrents is with logmein and dropbox. I just log into my media pc from my tab (logmein isn't cheap $30 but its awesome on the tab) and start torrents. Then when they are done I use dropbox (free for 2gb) to import them to the tab. It works really well.

If you want to download using a torrent file directly to your tab then I can reccomend tTorrent Lite. It has a download limit on speed only of 250kb/s.

I really do not think that we should be condoning piracy here with the "Torrents" and "Movies" talk.....
However if you want a free and powerful software to convert videos to SGT I suggest Handbrake. Use the HIGH PROFILE Preset....works every time when I had my Tab.

Torrents can be used legally just as easily as they can be used to pirate media.
As long as no links to legally-questionable media sites are provided I don't see a problem.

I use E-Super www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html to convert video and audio files from any format to any other format. It worked great when I needed to down-convert video to my blackberry storm.
