Hello everybody.
I will skip right to it.
Friday for almost a week ago i ordered my Galaxy tab 10.1. I had to order it from pixmanxia because no danish company had the Galaxy tab 10.1 on stock.
So i ordered this one right here; http://www.pixmania....-16-go-p75.html
Now my conern is the design. When you look at the device i ordered it is miles away from this one; http://www.komplett....aspx?sku=638473
Why is that? It should be the same model ?
My second question.
When i go in to Pixmedias english site and find the model that i ordered
http://www.pixmania....tab-10-1?u=0_50 Why is mine more expensive than the two above? All three of them should be Wi-fi only, and they got a lot more nice design. I hope someone can help me answer these question.
Have to say sorry for my english - but im from denmark, so i hope it was understandable.
Thanks in advance.

Question about my order
Posted 11 August 2011 - 11:54 AM (#2)
your links 1 & 2 both look like GT-P7510 & the same specifications, your link 3 to the English site shows Pixmania
selections, the P7510 on there is £455 = 3751DKK but does not include postage & packing
(Google Translation)
dine links 1 & 2 både ligne GT-P7510 og de samme specifikationer, dit link 3 til den engelske hjemmeside viser Pixmania valg, er P7510 om der er 455 £ = 3751DKK, men inkluderer ikke porto og pakning

There is NO difference in the 10.1 design, other than the black/white option....it's all down to quality of photography. (PS: The 3G version may have a sim slot that the Wifi version may not )
I don't know about Denmark or Germany, but the UK abolished Retail Price Maintenance years ago.....so they can charge what they like.
What I can say is that when goods are on Forward Order and no firm price list or release date is available, very often a speculative price is quoted which is high enough to ensure the Supplier will not sell at a loss. It is then up to the Purchaser to decide if he wishes to pay that higher price, to become an early adopter.
The other thing that comes into this equation when buying Internationally, is exchange rates. It would be so good for UK Purchasers if we could buy goods in the UK at current £/$ rates, but, as always we can't. The US dollar price becomes the GB Pound price...so a 10.1 selling for $499 in the US, becomes £499 in the UK....not today's currency exchange price of £309 only

P7500 is the Data only version, and the P7510 is the 3G model if I read the (very confusing) Samsung model listings correctly.. The P7510 on the UK site is almost the same price (£5 cheaper after conversion).
The 3G one was also supposed to be slimmer and lighter than the other, although that info has now been removed from the Samsung site.
The whole launch of these things is confusing, and now because of apple being morons, totally pointless..
They can only sell the stock they actually have.. so if they were waiting for a delivery, then it may not come..

Seek, and you shall find..
Use the SEARCH, and I'll be kind..

This site, at least gives the full line up of the 10.1 models. Even then it is overcomplicated by the black/white option.

Thank you very much for your replies.
Im glad im not the only one who find it a bit confusing. Looking at my first link again, dosen't the picture look alot like the 8.9 inch model? Maybe Pixmania just made a mixup.

the photo might be wrong.. dont have the time to do an overlay in photoshop at the minute, but they still have to send you the one you ordered..lol.. the bezel does seem to be the same size on both photos at a quick glance tho..
tbh, I'd prefer the 8.9 anyway.. lol

Got a new one for you :-)
On the right back side - my tablet feels a bit loose.... it gives in when i put pressure on it. It's not the whole right side, but almost just a little spot. Is that normal or is it damaged?
