Login to Samsung account - help please

Help please -- I registered my Galaxy tab 10.1 with Samsung immediately it arrived. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password. I have tried numerous times (and another e-mail addresses) to correct the problem. Impossible. I keep getting NEW passwords and they do not work. I tried to update the system and keeps asking me for a password and it comes up WRONG PASSWORD. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

did you try a factory reset? you'll loose all apps installed, but you should start from scratch and you can create a new account in samsung

Isn't there a "lost password" option, there normally is ?

I had the same problem.. I did some searching and found www.samsungdive.com. Here I created a username and password. All is good now.

I had the same problem but once I registered my device on the Samsung web site first, then I was able to log in from the tablet.Posted Image
