Hello all,

With my new tab (the 7" version) this is the first time for me to discover the Android world. I work & play with several OS: Windows XP (office), Windows Vista (home), Android (Tab), Windows Mobile (phone). For contacts and calendar so far I use Outlook 2002 with sync via USB (office <-> phone <-> home).

Now I look for a tool for Calendar and contacts that allows storing the data in the Dropbox folder and that works with all OS mentioned above. When thinking about all the time I spent for searching, in the end I don't care for paying money for it - of course it shouldn't be too much.

For the moment, I definitely do not want to use Google, and please let's skip the discussion about that.

Does anyone know an app that is available for Windows, Windows mobile and Android and that allows the data in another folder? Or - is there any other idea / solution for that?

Many thanks in advance and kind regards,
Sven

Have you considered something like funambol (http://www.funambol.com/)?

It allows you to sync contact lists and calendar between various computers and phones. It does have a client for Windows that will sync Outlook contact lists and calendars.

I use it to sync my Galaxy Tab, a Windows phone and two computers with Mozilla Thunderbird and it works pretty well.
