Hi, I just got my galaxy tab last week, and this has happened to me twice already. When I "woke" the tab from a few hours sleep (battery still 3/4 full), I noticed that it reverted to factory settings -- shortcuts i created were all gone, brightness, sound and interface settings back to factory default. Another thing to note is when I pressed the power button to wake up the system, I got the samsung start up clip, as if i just turned on the system for the 1st time. The installed programs and uploaded data are still there though. Help please. Another member posted a similar problem however he experienced this after draining the battery. Could this be a hardware problem? I already updated the firmware after the 1st time the problem occurred...but experienced it again. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
