HI everyone. here's my situation. 1st i tried to update my new galaxy tab (from 2.2 froyo) to gingerbread 2.3.3. i used odin to flash it but unfortunately it failed. and then the screen is only displaying the pc/phone logo with triangle and exclamation point in it. i then tried to flash it again to froyo with the guide that i saw here in the forum with download links of every firmware, it PASSED but didn't auto reboot so i plug out the usb from the pc and try to reboot it manually and in my surprise, nothing happened. No lights, no vibaration, it seems like it has no battery so i charge it for few minutes. and then i plug it again in the pc (still no display in the screen) but odin recognize it so i proceed in flashing again but odin is stuck in connectingsetup part. guys im really frustrated so please i hope somebody could help me with my problem... thanks in advance...

Unplug it and charge it again for a while just to be safe. Try putting it into download mode and even try deleting any drivers you might have installed on your PC. If it goes into download mode flash gingerbread again.

If it comes us w/ the triangle, ! And phone that means it is a bad flash but it is still in download mode. See if Odin will recognize it and flash gingerbread again. If Odin won't see it I will have you try heimdall. It requires a little more but still pretty easy to use.
