HD on desktop's youtube quite laggy

i read that glaxy tab (7") can play upto 1080p, and i have flash player 10.3 for browser already installed,, i went to try playing 720p videos on youtube on desktop(coz the yotube app don't give u the option to chose the resolution, only "low quality" or "high quality" or "verygood quality" and the later didn't seem HD quality for me,, on the desktop version the 720p was playing like 1 frame per second! is this normal galaxy tab performance or my tab was having some issues? i thought that after flash 10.3 that we'd be able to play up to 1080i with no hiccups on browser!
