I have been trying to connect my Tab 10.1 16gb 3G +Wif fi (7500) to Kies on my PC running windows 7. For some reason it won't connect & the diagnostics say there is a problem with the device driver software. Removed Kies & re-installed several times over, same result. Tried the same thing on another laptop we have & result is the same. My Galaxy S2 is fine so I guess there must be something wrong with the 10.1Tab although I have never had any kind of problem with it whatsoever. I want to back-up & check to see if ICS is available yet. Any suggestions? Is there some way to clean up files like on a PC? Any help appreciated.

KIES vers 2.5.1.12123_2 seems to work. After battling with KIES since Sept 2012, the version I downloaded today, works fine. Only thing that changed was that I had cleaned my Outlook 2007 archives out and only have 2010 to today info on Outlook 2007
