Hi guys got my tab few days ago and set up my home pop3 email acc on it, emails are received ok but as soon as i press the "load more messages" bar or the sync button any received messages then dissapear! They are also deleted from the server even though i have the tab set to NEVER. Ive checked all my settings and they are the same as my pc and my phone(symbian)and they dont have any problems. Ive lost some important emails because of this so im not too chuffed lol.Does anybody else have the same problem? Thanks in advance for any help

I'm seeing this same problem as described by the OP. It renders the email app totally useless.

Well, I installed K9 on my Galaxy Tab and it's doing the same thing....occasionally, when polling for new messages, it deletes messages sitting in the inbox. They disappear into never-never land, never to be seen again. It looks like this might be a Tab-specific problem. I've had a Motorola Droid and and Droid X and never saw this happen with the email client.

I'm with Time-Warner. Unfortunately, they don't support IMAP.

It's strange....I have a Droid X and I've never had any problems with the email client on it. But since this problem shows up on my SGT on both the stock email client and K9, it looks like it has something to do with the Tab OS.
