Hi,

I wanted to ask, how do you get the NFS Shift and the Asphalt games work in full screen? I tried the Spare Parts trick, it works for some apps, but it doesnt for the above mentioned games...

Possible you didn't get the spare parts trick right. It requires reboot at certain points, try following the video guide on jkmobile.com

Idk about Asphalt, but NFS Shift works in full screen standard here.

I did the trick following exactly the directions, thta you have mentioned. NFS works, but Asphalt still can not get the screen stretched ...

Maybe a limitation of the app?

Where are you downloading from? Try downloading from Samsung games and nfs shift is free from Samsung apps. Both work full screen and don't require spare parts if downloaded from the right places. Usually find some of the file share games won't work full screen or controls are out of place.

I.e asphalt 6............$o I've heard lol :pardon:

I found mostly NFS and full screen game. The game cover the over all part of the screen and that was really so nice. For making the full screen there should be application or setting which need to be install.but there are also some games that cannot be viewed in full screen.

I don't use Spare Parts to turn off compatibility mode. It causes more problems than keeping it turned on. If the game isn't meant to work on 1024x600 resolution usually Spare Parts do not help (with exception of few cases). And Spare Parts caused some of my working games to stop running at all.
My advice is: get your games from legal sources only versions meant to work with GT-P1000 and you'll play them fullscreen.
