I am looking for a good Note program for both the Win7 platform and the Galaxy tab pro 8.4

I looked at Evernote but did not like the way it was laid out on the tablet, could not get it to sync with my computer, then found out that Evernote reserves the right to mess with your data, as its sync'ed with cloud device..

I'm looking for a note program that will allow me to drag and drop txt files, and maybe PDF files to the win7 application, and sync it directly to my Tablet either via wifi or thru the USB data cord.

Need to be able to organize the apps in to sections, or books, or what ever, and be able to drop and drag them, as needed on the tablet, and when synced with the computer, have the info on the tablet change whats on the computer end.

how ever the sync'ing is done, I don't want it going to an OFFSITE server or service, I.E. Cloud. That invades my privacy, and I consider such to be a security risk.

Know what I mean?

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello,
You can drag and drop files without any app or program. When you connect thru usb you get an extra harddisk in " my computer".from there you can browse, copy and drag files. To make it a little easyer you can use Total Commander on you w7 PC to copy, rename, delete or look deeper into you files.
