Hi guys, I am the newest guy in the forum. I am facing problem to sync with outlook. I used companion link. Everything was synced, except the Calender. Is there a way to sync my outlook calender events into my tab?

I have given up trying to sync my tab and Nexus with my PC or lap top.

Why should we have to purchase a 3rd party app like Companion link when samsung have their own Kies!! It makes my blood boil. I have over a grands worth of Samsung techno that will not sync. Never had this problem with HTC running either windows or Android.

From what I have read about this sync situation we are far from on our own. If I knew where Samsung Europe HQ was I would write to them complaining. Its simply not good enough is it!

The calendar should sync over with CompanionLink. Have you followed our Setup Guides? If so, and you're unable to get the calendar to sync, let me know and I can help further!

Hi David,

Just completed the task. Thank you.

Tell me does the calendar only sync with your product or can it be made to sync with the android calendar allready supplied with the Nexus S?

I understand this is only a trial offer? How does one purchase the full version? I live in Europe how would I pay for the application?
Forgot to ask as I have the galaxy tablet and Nexus phone can I sync both products?

Thank you again for your help.

The calender syncs with our free Android app, DejaOffice, by default but can be set to also sync to the native Android calender via DejaOffice by following the steps found here.

As for purchasing CompanionLink for Outlook - the trial you have now is a full-featured 14-day trial. At any point, should you decide to purchase, simply visit our "Buy Now" page for CompanionLink for Outlook (or choose to purchase from within the app), then fill out the form and that's it! Note that while the transaction amount is in USD, your card provider (VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX) will handle the currency conversion.

Lastly, with regards to syncing 2 devices: it is possible to sync multiple devices, though doing so requires upgrading to CompanionLink Pro and making use of profiles (see here)

Let me know if you have any more questions!

I'm getting my Galaxy Note in a few days. I'll like to copy my contacts from Outlook into the new Galaxy Note and then sync thereafter. I assume I can do this seemlessly from what you've written above. Right?
