Galaxy tab Home Screen Orientation Problem

Hi,
I am a new user of Galaxy tab.
I am facing some problem and need you to help me
My galaxy tab home screen and applications screen orientation is not working. but orientation is working within the applications itself .
I have checked that screen orientation is not locked from the notification menu and I already did a restore factory setting and hard reset to the device and still the problem ,
I am not sure what to do. Could you please help me?

Where this problem has occurred before...it was caused by "orientation settings" in an App that had been previously installed.

You should therefore check your settings on all Apps that you have previously installed, and are likely to have an orientation lock in their settings......
