Errant Dolphin Browser mini icon

I installed this app and placed the icon on my home screen. When I switch off and restart, the icon disappears but other app icons I have installed and placed on the home screen remain in place. The Dolphin icon in the meantime has scurried back into the main app list! Any ideas why?

Edit: Sorry, forget that, found the answer :rolleyes:

Probably because it was installed to your external MicroSD card.

To check and move it to internal memory go to.....

Settings / Applications /Manage applications / select the application ie. Dolphin Browser.
If the "Move to phone" is showing, select it.

Put your shortcut icon back on the desktop....and it should now stay there :good:

Again thanks wizz. You are quite correct and in fact discovered the reason shortly after my post :pardon:

Is there a way of deleting a post if you change your mind?

Do you have a Delete next to the Edit and Reply, bottom right of your post ?

If not you ask a Mod, like me, to delete it :D
