Unlock-screen configure.. how????

The screen you have to unlock, how do I configure this?
There is a clock above the left where you can set the time and is''Belongs to''.
It wants to change this but I can not find how I can edit this page.
So if anyone knows how to do this?

It from the settings in the app AVG go menu/remote and change the text there
