Weird. On my Galaxy Tab (Vodafone Portugal ROM) today Market -> My Apps suddenly stopped showing all but one of my downloaded apps. All the apps are there, and work fine; they just didn't show up in My Apps anymore.

A full power off, reboot cycle brought them back, so no harm done .. apparently.

For background, I've had the Tab for about two months, and have about 30 apps installed. It's a GT-P1000 with firmware 2.2 baseband P1000XXJK5 kernel 2.6.32.9 root@SE-S603#1 build Froyo.BUJI4.

Anyone else seen this one? Is it a sign of some kind of bit-rot which should worry me? .. or just imperfect software that needed a restart?
Thanks.

It's a know bug that some Apps installed by default on your external MicroSD card can loose their short cuts.

At the moment the only fix is to move them back to the Tab's internal memory.

You can do this by selecting Settings / Applications / Manage applications. Then select your App, and hit the "move to phone" button.

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough in my original post. The Apps themselves remained in place, their shortcuts present, they all worked. The only thing wrong was that in the Market app, under My Apps, only 1 of the 30 actually installed apps showed up in the list. After a full reboot, the Market "My Apps" list again showed everything.
(And anyway, I don't have any of my apps on the storage card at all).

I have experienced the same thing once after a fresh JMIv2 flash and a restore form a TiBackup.
all apps working when i checked "my apps" none of my free apps were in there.
Power reset fixed it and havent noticed it again.

Not sure what it was.

What i have noticed that is when i log on to marketplace.android.com from a computer and check my apps in there... Most of them aren't showing up. maybe only half of them.
Anyone notice that? or experience it as well?
