Some, but not all Apps can be run from your external SD Card........

To find out which ones, go to the following area, and if your Apps are compatible to be run from your SD Card, the "Move to SD Card" button will be available...

Settings / Applications / Manage applications / Select an Application ..... check if it can be moved.....

Tip: Check the total storage of the App and select some larger ones to transfer....

Files can also be moved with the "My Files" app that comes with the tablet. You have to expand the parent folders of the destination first so the destination shows in the left pane. Then navigate to the source folder, expand it to show the file you want to move, scroll the left pane to show the destination folder and drag the file to the destination folder with your finger.

Personally, I just plug the device into my PC and use Windows Explorer (aka My Computer).
