device was on lock mode kernel panic upload mode

Hi all, I am new to this forum and is seeking advice from advance member as to how to unlock the "kernel panic upload mode". I switch on my galaxy tab and when tried to put on wifi mode, this message comes up and will not allow me to even switch off the device. Please help!
