Go to Settings> applications> "All Applications", select the ones the think you do not need and disable them. That way you can easily check if they affect your use of the Tab and re-enable as required. Once you rebooted they will remain disabled and be out of sight/mind.

Is this a 10.1 original question or a 10.1 Tab2.

The first reply you have is about Tab 2 models. On Original 10.1 models, pre installed Apps cannot be deleted unless you root.
However facebook and Twitter were not pre installed apps, so I am confused as to which model you own.

This is a 10.1 original. One time i already rooted and deleted all apps, thats how i broke the system. Now i want to know what apps i can delete and what i can't. I dont use them, i dont want them on my tab desktop, and i dont need them. If i need something, i will download from android market. So if some body can, please list them or something? I think it will be helpful to others to with the same question. Thank you.

If your on HC 3.2 then there isn't any pre installed app shortcuts that can't be dragged to the recycle bin and removed from your desktop. They only take up a miniscule amount of space on your memory, so what's the big deal.
Didn't you learn your lesson the first time round.
