Are we able to customized or add more Notification tone? I would love to use my own tone for sms and other notifications.
And can we set different notification tones for emails, sms, and other notifications?

Nope I am not talking about Ringing tone. I am asking for Notification tone. The notification tone for the Tab are not to my liking and I have been using a loud and good notification tone for my Samsung Wave. I would love to use that for my Tab too but can't seems to find a way to set that mp3 file as a Notification tone.
And I need to set different tones for my emails, sms, FB updates...is it possible in the Tab?

If you take a look at the app you will see that you can take an MP3 file and assign it as a notification tone. Its not just limited to a ring tone.

Yup, it's all possible. Like you I wanted to personalise my notifications, but with spoken audio. Ringdroid partly helped out there, among other Apps. ;-)

The Zedge application can also help you do this...once installed, it appears as part of the choices if you are setting tones...

Thanks for recommending Zedge App. The trick here is to search for your notification sound and then click Set in Zedge app - and specify if you want the notification to be default ringtone or default notification. Once set, Zedge will confirm with a message that the default notification has been set.
There is no need to go into Systems->Sound Settings - Zedge does all the work.
