My Galaxy 7.7. (6810) is stuck and I cannot get the wifi to either turn off or on properly. The Wifi icon is a faded out green and Settings says "Turning on..'' and a few times has changed to ''Error''. This has happened in the past 2 days and I have had my tab since February and use it all the time, especially as a reader.
I have not rooted this device (and don't know how to or its effect). The only thing I can think of is to reset to original settings. I have flattened the battery and recharged but that did nothing. Also cleared download cache.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
