Hi all

I recently purchased a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (Model number GT-P5110) and managed to get most things working on it however I'm not able to get iPlayer working.

I've downloaded both the iPlayer and latest version of Flash from Google Play.

I've tried using both the preinstalled internet browser and Dolphin (which I tried in both Android and Desktop User Agent modes).

When I get to the iPlayer screen i can see the initial image of each video however when I click the triangle to play I always get an error message 'This Content Doesn't Seem To Be Working'

I have checked on the Adobe site and it says I have Flash 11 installed.

I have tried on multiple iPlayer videos and other wifi networks and get the same message

Any ideas?

Thanks

Rev

Hi there,

Im using google chrome and having trouble viewing some videos online, mainly I attempted to view videos at www.liverpoolfc.com/lfctv firstrowsports.eu and gametrailers.com and each occasion it either said that I needed to install the latest version of flashplayer which I have or it just had a blank screen. Can anyone help?...I only just purchased my 10.1 wifi tab so Im new to all of of this.

Thanks

Dear Experts!

I just bought my galaxy tab yesterday and I was very surprise that TV online broadcast is not running... i saw afterwards that the adobe flash player is not supported anymore by this tab/android system!!!
How can I substitute this program? It is not available on the apps anymore and as far i could read this mesure was implemented 2 weeks ago (such a bad luck... I think that if I don´t find a solution I will return that tab!!! :-((()

Please tell me if something can be done!

Thanks in advance,
Karla

I have the tab 2 10.1 and running ICS 4.04. I am unable to run adobe flash. I had previously installed player 11.1, however it is installed but sites state my flash player is not installed? I also visited adobe and it appears they stopped supporting fashion ice cream sandwich? I went to download flash player from playstore and adobe is no longer available?

Please suggest solution as this was main reason I chose droid vs apple for my tablet

On the Flash download page on the Google Play store, Adobe adds, "Note: Flash Player is no longer being updated for new device configurations. Flash Player will not be supported on any Android version beyond Android 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.0.3, 4.0.4 ICS"

So anyone hoping to quickly get in and download Flash for their Galaxy tablet or any of the upcoming Android devices unveiled at IFA this week will be out of luck, as Flash won't be supported by any devices running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean or beyond.

You can still download Adobe Flash from Adobe's Archive. Just make sure you download the version for your firmware build of 4.0.4
