I can't seem to find complete instructions to transfer or sync my contacts from outlook to Galaxy tab 2. I am running Windows 7 and I have a 16GB sd card. I also have an standard SD card adapter that I can use in my PC. Any simple way to do this?

I have trid to download my contacts from outlook and can't do it. I have a sd card with an adapter and trid down loading them directly from outlook to my sd card plugged into my PC as a removable memory......No Luck.
Can I somehow move "contacts" (senders of e-mails to me)directly from the actual e-mail?
Thanks

I finaly figured out how to manage and download my contacts, calander, notes, ext. to my tab.
I downloaded a free version of: EssentialPIM.
This put all my contacts, schedules ect. onto my tab, however I am now making groups since it did not download in the groups I had on my outlook.
I urge you to clean up and dump any old contacts B-4 downloading since it is easier while they are still in outlook.
