I recently purchased a 64GB flash card and every time I tried to use it on my Galaxy Tab 32GB I would get a message saying it was a defective USB device and the flash card would lose it files and format. Samsung Support confirmed the fact that the Tab will not accept anything larger than a 32GB card. To clarify the problem, I am not trying to load 64GB of files, the TAB dose not work with any card larger than 32GB no matter how many files are on the card.

Thanks for the reply. That really makes me mad when Factory Support gives me wrong info. I'm returning the PNY Flash Drive and will replace with a Sandisk.
