As a long time android user, I was glad to just recently get this Samsung 7" tablet, and much of it is wonderful, but I am having some problems with a few applications.
First was Peel, which required an upgrade (it said) before it would run. Trying to upgrade, after the install, the OPEN button resulting in launching the application with the same behavior - telling me that an upgrade was necessary. Getting sufficiently frustrated I uninstalled it.
Many other apps have worked just fine.
More recently, I tried Netflx on the device for the first time. Launching the pre-installed Neflix icon also said it needed upgrade. The Apps store only give me the choice to OPEN. Clicking, the screen goes grey for a blink and then returns me to the same page, so I cannot actually launch the app.
Having killed it with the app manager, the desktop icon now brings me directly to tne Netflix page in the apps store, where the OPEN button sits ready to click - with same behavior.
WTH is going on? More importantly, how do I fix it?
